Who we are
Operating independently since 2017, we work directly with corporate and commercial clients to find cost effective and time efficient solutions to their re/insurance requirements. We are constrained by neither geography nor service provider when advising clients on the best location to set up a structure, whom they should contract with or what service provider or capacity they should partner with.
Our key areas of focus are re/insurance vehicles, MGAs and captive/SPV structures. We have in-depth knowledge of both the London and international insurance markets. We can also advise on capacity and fronting solutions.

We provide a comprehensive approach which includes the provision of Feasibility Reports, the establishment process and the project planning of that set-up and any on-going post set-up advice, as may be required.

We advise on the establishment of new re/insurance companies, including MGAs, in various off/onshore jurisdictions, including the sourcing of targets for acquisition. We are also able to advise or assistance on the management of any vehicle.

With our partners at Corpus, we are able to facilitate the provision of insurance capital for existing and new re/insurance companies.

We are able to provide the day to day internal insurance risk managment function for those firms that do not require a FTE in that role.
